FaceLift® Nomad Softwash Trolley - 45 Litr

The Nomad Softwash Trolley can run diluted softwash chemicals and pure water from the 45 litre tank, so one trolley can cover render, fascias and roofs as well as the glass and frames. It rolls on 260mm puncture proof wheels to the jobs the van cannot get close to.

The pump is an Everflo EF1000, chemical rated, with a Viton® pump head and a Santoprene™ diaphragm. It delivers 3.8 litres a minute at 40 PSI (2.8 bar). Fittings are PVDF, the backplate is stainless steel, and the pump runs through a WCW Digital Flow Controller V16 for flow control and pump protection.

Power comes from a 12V 25Ah AGM battery. Expect around five hours of run time on a charge. That is a rough estimate, and your figure will depend on the flow setting, hose length and working conditions. The switch panel has an on/off switch, a volt reader and an Anderson plug for the 12V 6A charger, which comes in the box. A typical recharge takes 2.5 to 3 hours, and up to 5 hours from flat.

The tank is HDPE with an ARAG Smooth Line lid. Adjustable, replaceable high load feet keep it steady when parked. No hose is included: the outlet is a stainless steel Series 21 female connector, so a hose fitted with a Series 21 male coupling clicks straight on. Spray nozzles, poles and other chemical application accessories are optional extras, sold separately.

Chemical use and dilution. Never run chemicals neat through this trolley. Dilute to the chemical manufacturer's stated ratio, and rinse through with clean water after every use. Sodium hypochlorite is suitable below 10%, mixed as the manufacturer directs. Undiluted acids, acid based products, concentrated alkalis and petroleum based products are not suitable and can damage it. For pure water only work at a higher pressure, the FaceLift® Nomad Trolley has a 100 PSI Shurflo pump. Both carry a 1 year limited back to base warranty against manufacturing faults.
