A high-strength biocidal cleaner designed to remove biological growth from a wide range of surfaces, including brick, stone, mortar, paving, tiles, plastic, and wood. Its powerful, bleach-free formula breaks down and loosens mould, algae, and dirt — with no rinsing required — leaving surfaces clean and ready for further treatment.

Coverage

Apply 1 litre of product for every 2–20 m² of surface. A 5 litre container will treat approximately 10–100 m², depending on the porosity of the material.

Application Guidelines

Apply by sprayer or brush.
Always carry out a test patch first.
Remove all surface debris from the area to be treated.
Apply in dry conditions. Avoid application if rain is expected within 12 hours & if temperatures are below 8°C
Do not mix with other products.
Leave to evaporate – no rinsing required.
