Black Spot Remover is a high-strength professional cleaning solution designed to eliminate stubborn black spot lichen and deep-rooted organic growth from patios, paving slabs, and other hard exterior surfaces. Significantly more powerful than standard patio cleaners, it delivers outstanding results on Indian sandstone, Yorkshire stone flags, block paving, and concrete. (This product is not to be used on limestone)

Application Guidelines

Directions for Use

Carry out a test patch in an inconspicuous area to confirm suitability and determine the appropriate dwell time.
Lightly pre-wet the surface before application. Wear old clothes or suitable overalls, as the product may discolour organic fibres.
Apply the product neat (undiluted) using a low-pressure sprayer, watering can, or directly from the container. Avoid contact with surrounding lawns or plants. If necessary, pre-wet nearby vegetation with clean water to reduce the risk of damage.
Ensure the surface remains visibly wet during the dwell period by reapplying product as needed.
Periodically agitate the area with a stiff brush to help loosen stubborn contamination.
Allow the product to sit for 15–60 minutes, based on the results of your initial test patch and the level of contamination.
Rinse thoroughly using a hosepipe. Do not allow product runoff to enter garden ponds or drains connected to aquatic life.
For enhanced results, pressure wash the area after rinsing.
Reapply or extend the dwell time on heavily contaminated areas.

Coverage: Approx. 4–5m² per litre, depending on surface type and contamination level.
