The base frame of this hose reel is constructed from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, providing excellent durability and superior resistance to corrosion in a wide range of working environments.

The drum is designed for smooth, consistent rotation and is operated using an adjustable hand wheel, complete with a free-spinning stainless steel grip for comfortable and effortless handling.

At the centre of the reel, the hub incorporates two heavy-duty stainless steel cores supported by maintenance-free bearings, ensuring long-lasting, smooth operation with minimal upkeep. A built-in mechanical brake allows the reel to lock securely into 12 different positions, giving you full control and safe, reliable hose management.

For added performance and durability, the reel is fitted with a premium stainless steel swivel, designed to deliver smooth, low-maintenance operation while extending the lifespan of the system.
